This role is essential in delivering the renowned Starbucks Experience to guests by providing exceptional customer service and meticulously preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service food service coffee shop café or hospitality experience preferred
  • Starbucks experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
  • Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred
  • Ability to learn beverage recipes and preparation techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages including espresso-based drinks brewed coffee teas and specialty beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards
  • Provide friendly engaging and efficient customer service to all guests
  • Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system
  • Maintain product quality consistency and presentation standards
  • Restock coffee beverages food items cups syrups and other supplies throughout shifts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café equipment workstations dining areas and storage areas
  • Follow all food safety sanitation and health regulations
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures including setup cleaning and inventory tasks
  • Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs to supervisors
  • Resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Support team members during high-volume periods and special events
  • Maintain knowledge of Starbucks products promotions and menu offerings
