This role is essential in delivering the renowned Starbucks Experience to guests by providing exceptional customer service and meticulously preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and team player mindset
Basic math and cash handling skills
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service food service coffee shop café or hospitality experience preferred
Starbucks experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred
Ability to learn beverage recipes and preparation techniques
Flexible schedule including mornings evenings weekends holidays and event-based shifts
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
Ability to bend reach stoop and perform repetitive motions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Duties

Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages including espresso-based drinks brewed coffee teas and specialty beverages according to Starbucks recipes and standards
Provide friendly engaging and efficient customer service to all guests
Accurately process transactions using the point-of-sale system
Maintain product quality consistency and presentation standards
Restock coffee beverages food items cups syrups and other supplies throughout shifts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café equipment workstations dining areas and storage areas
Follow all food safety sanitation and health regulations
Assist with opening and closing procedures including setup cleaning and inventory tasks
Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs to supervisors
Resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
Support team members during high-volume periods and special events
Maintain knowledge of Starbucks products promotions and menu offerings
