Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- ServSafe Food Handler certification
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work under pressure
- Professional appearance and grooming
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Experience in food, beverage, or retail preferred
- Previous coffee house or hotel experience preferred
- Previous cash handling and face-to-face customer service experience
- Ability to input information accurately into MICROS system
- Ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining composure
- Ability to work well with co-workers across departments
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and follow-up on guest requests in a fast-paced environment
- Must be ServSafe Food Handler certified
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Communicate effectively with guests and associates
- Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns of co-workers and guests
- Maintain professionalism in all situations
- Work well under stress and in high-pressure environments
- Ensure proper uniform and grooming standards
- Coordinate lobby cleanliness with housekeeping
- Assist with monthly inventory
- Maintain a clean workspace during shifts
- Accept credit card and check payments following procedures
- Manage cash bank
- Verify guest room numbers for charges
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
- Follow food handling procedures
- Know equipment use and safety protocols
