Job Requirements
- One year of previous barista experience required
- Ability to work on an on-call schedule with variable days and hours
- Must be able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must comply with Morrison Healthcare’s drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to interact courteously with customers and team members

- Availability to work at the Providence Health Colby location in Everett, Washington
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of barista experience
- Ability to prepare coffee and espresso beverages to standard recipes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes
- Enters orders accurately into POS device and handles cash and charge payments
- Replenishes condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of the service area
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
- Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Greets customers courteously and ensures customer satisfaction
- Explains menu items accurately and assists customers with their purchase decisions
