Morrison Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Baristas to join their team at the Providence Health Colby location in Everett, Washington, on an on-call schedule with hours that may vary. This role is hourly and offers a competitive pay rate between $23.00 and $23.50 per hour. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of prior barista experience and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.

The Barista position is crucial because it contributes directly to the positive experience of customers, including patients, caregivers, and visitors, by preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items with precision and care. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes
  • Enters orders accurately into POS device and handles cash and charge payments
  • Replenishes condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of the service area
  • Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures following HACCP standards
  • Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • Greets customers courteously and ensures customer satisfaction
  • Explains menu items accurately and assists customers with their purchase decisions
