Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in coffee service is an asset
  • Availability to work on-call Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic cash handling skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow food safety guidelines
  • Legal authorization to work in the US

Job Qualifications

  • Prior coffee service experience preferred
  • Ability to interact politely and effectively with customers and team members
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP) is beneficial
  • Basic math skills to handle payments and POS transactions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on an on-call schedule
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Duties

  • Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes
  • Enters orders accurately into POS and handles cash and charge payments
  • Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
  • Ensures proper food presentation, portion control, and temperature per HACCP standards
  • Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • Greets customers courteously and addresses customer concerns
  • Serves customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays
