As a barista, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting space where customers can enjoy a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving coffee, interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and working collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a team-oriented setting.

We value flexibility and understand the importance of work-life balance. Therefore, we are currently hiring team members with availability for opening and mid-shifts, accommodating various schedules. Additionally, applicants must be at least 16 years old and possess effective English communication skills, as this is essential for following safety procedures and providing excellent customer service. Bilingual skills are considered an asset, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Our compensation package includes a competitive base hourly rate starting at $14.50, plus tips. Total pay is subject to applicable federal and state minimum wage laws, ensuring compliance and fairness.
