The resort prides itself on delivering world-class hospitality and creating memorable experiences through exceptional customer service, gourmet dining, and unique recreational activities.
As part of this commitment to excellence, Paws Up Montana is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join its dedicated team. The Barista role is pivotal in enhancing the guest experience by preparing and serving a variety of beverages such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, and smoothies with precision and efficiency. This position requires an individual who can maintain high standards of presentation while working swiftly and neatly in a fast-paced environment. The Barista will also assist with plating and delivering pastries, supporting servers in the dining room, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. This role is integral to the food and beverage department and plays a key part in upholding the seamless operation of guest services.
Responsibilities will include the stocking, grinding, blending, and brewing of coffee and tea to meet guests' preferences, along with proper packaging of food and beverage items. Additionally, the Barista will contribute to opening duties associated with launching the restaurant service each day and follow a precise sequence of service when attending tables. The role demands detailed product knowledge, including coffee and tea blends, preparation techniques, and the ability to educate guests and servers about menu items. Candidates will engage in meaningful conversations with guests, fulfilling special requests and ensuring guest confidentiality throughout their stay. Coordination with the Restaurant Manager and collaboration with team members are essential duties to meet and exceed guest expectations consistently.
This is a full-time role requiring availability on weekends and holidays, reflecting the resort's commitment to delivering continuous, high-quality food and beverage services. Applicants should possess a valid Food Handler's License as well as a valid State Driver's License. The resort encourages a professional and friendly demeanor under all circumstances and values exceptional communication skills, multitasking ability, and knowledge of world-class hospitality standards.
Join Paws Up Montana to become part of a team that values your contributions and supports your professional growth. Team members can look forward to benefits such as a referral bonus, employee lunches, an Employee Assistance Program, discounts on merchandise, carpool reimbursement, and opportunities for career development within this unique and inspiring environment.
