Aramark is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and fostering a workplace that values diversity and inclusion across all aspects of its operations.

The Barista Lead role at Aramark is an important position focused on creating memorable customer experiences through timely service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This position involves assisting in the training of Baristas, ensuring that all coffee and beverage preparations follow brand recipes and quality standards, and managing daily operations at the coffee bar. The Barista Lead is responsible for excellent customer service delivery, food safety compliance, and proper cash handling. Additionally, the role involves scheduling and delegating work assignments, operating point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, and maintaining inventory levels for beverage coolers and supplies.

The position demands a proactive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision. Physical demands of the role may include activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of standing and walking. Additionally, the use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in line with company policies.

Working at Aramark means becoming part of a company that values professional development, passion, and empowerment. Every employee is encouraged to cultivate their talents and achieve their full potential in a supportive environment. The company’s mission emphasizes service excellence, community engagement, sustainability, and upholding principles of fairness and equality for all employees regardless of background or personal characteristics.
