This full-time Barista position at Kansas City Kansas Community College is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about coffee and customer service to join a dynamic campus dining team. The role involves preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies, ensuring each beverage meets established standards of quality. Working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, the Barista will engage directly with college customers, fostering positive relationships and delivering consistent, courteous service.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day café operations including operating espresso machines, grinders, and other relevant kitchen equipment. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across the workspace including counters, equipment, and seating areas is a critical responsibility to comply with health and safety standards. Inventory monitoring and restocking duties are essential to ensure seamless service during operating hours. This position requires the Barista to be dependable and efficient, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while providing knowledgeable and prompt service to all campus dining patrons.
