Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and high quality products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remain calm and focused under pressure, and work collaboratively with others
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality controls
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth, positivity, and genuine hospitality
- Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, coffees, and other menu items following recipes and portion standards
- Deliver orders quickly and accurately, keeping quality and presentation top of mind
- Educate guests on ingredients, nutritional benefits, and retail products (samples encouraged)
- Enter orders in our POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Keep workstations, retail displays, and service areas stocked, clean, and organized
- Support teammates by pitching in where needed to keep the shift running smoothly
- Follow safety and sanitation standards "clean as you go" is the rule
