Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to greet and take orders within 30 seconds
- Experience operating coffee making equipment preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Ability to operate coffee-making and related beverage equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests within 30 seconds of arrival
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Operate coffee making equipment including dismantling and cleaning machinery
- Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Accurately process payments using the point-of-sale system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while complying with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products
