Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience while maintaining speed and efficiency
Prepare drinks with precision by following detailed recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe including dishwashing, wiping surfaces, and restocking
Handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently during peak hours
Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Follow all operational procedures and standards exactly as trained without deviations
