Job Duties

  • Leads daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow and adequate staffing and delegation of duties
  • Leads and facilitates the training of new baristas to ensure compliance with franchise standards
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in beverage preparation, customer service, point of sale and operational procedures
  • Monitors the progress of barista training
  • Escalates employee performance or concerns to supervisors as appropriate
  • Maintains product inventory levels, conducts weekly counts, and coordinates storeroom orders to maintain appropriate stock
  • Receives, verifies, and stores incoming deliveries
  • rotates stock and ensures proper labeling and freshness
