Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
ability to work weekdays only with specific shifts
capability to operate cash register and handle payments
strong attention to detail and cleanliness
ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
dependable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
reliable and punctual
experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control preferred
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders
mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
record all sales and operate a cash register
collect cash, credit card, and electronic payments
clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned according to business needs and client requirements
