We are currently seeking a Barista to join our team, a role that is vital to delivering the exceptional in-store experience Coach customers expect. The Barista not only provides expert preparation of handcrafted beverages but also plays an important role in enhancing the customer journey by offering warm guest engagement and maintaining high standards of store presentation. This is a customer-facing position that calls for enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong connection to the Coach brand and its heritage.

The role involves greeting and assisting guests warmly to create welcoming and memorable experiences. The Barista maintains deep knowledge of the menu, merchandise, and Coach’s brand story to share with customers effectively. They work to meet sales goals through strategic selling skills that include promoting beverages, food items, and Coach merchandise, while customizing orders and highlighting limited availability items. Maintaining visual standards by supporting floor set-ups, product replenishment, and visual merchandising is a key part of ensuring the store remains inviting and aligned with brand aesthetics.

Operational excellence is essential in this role, requiring the Barista to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards meticulously. The Barista will expertly operate espresso machines, grinders, ovens, and other equipment to prepare high-quality handcrafted beverages. Team collaboration is also a cornerstone of the job, as Baristas work closely with colleagues to solve problems and share effective selling strategies, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

This position requires flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds, as well as the capability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver within the sales floor and stockroom.

This role offers a base pay range of $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, with all pay complying with applicable local wage laws.
