This position is based at Saint Michael's College, a partner location where Sodexo provides food services including coffee and beverage operations. The role is full-time with weekday morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, offering a pay range of $17.25 to $21.00 per hour. The Barista II role at Sodexo is designed for individuals passionate about high-quality beverage preparation and excellent customer service. As a Barista II, you will be an essential face of the company, welcoming customers, crafting a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks with attention to detail and artistry. Your role will not only highlight your skills in beverage creation but also your dedication to fair-trade principles.

In addition to beverage preparation, you will handle cash register operations including recording sales and processing payments through cash, credit cards, and electronic methods. Cleanliness and maintenance of the coffee machines, preparation areas, and overall café environment are vital components of the role to ensure a welcoming and hygienic setting for customers. Being punctual and reliable for your scheduled shifts will be crucial as well, along with flexibility to perform other duties as required by client needs or location specifics.
