This full-time Barista II position located at The Towers at Laguna Village offers an hourly wage of $22.00. As a Barista II at Sodexo, you will be more than just a coffee maker—you will be an artisan and ambassador of fair trade, crafting high-quality, hand-prepared beverages and food items that bring joy and satisfaction to the customers. This role requires open availability for varying shifts and working days and hours will be detailed during the interview process.

The role goes beyond just preparing drinks; the Barista II will work closely with customers, greeting them warmly, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely service. You will master making a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, tea, chai, and fruit smoothies, all crafted with attention to detail and quality. Handling transactions by operating the cash register, processing payments including cash, credit cards, and electronic methods, is an important part of your responsibilities.

Maintaining a clean and inviting environment is crucial, so you will perform regular cleaning of coffee machines, workstations, bathrooms, and preparation areas to uphold hygiene and safety standards. Punctuality and reliability are highly valued in this role as you must attend scheduled shifts consistently and on time. Flexibility is required, as duties may vary between accounts or locations depending on business needs and client requirements.
