As a Barista II, you will be an artisan and champion of fair trade, crafting high-quality handcrafted beverages and food items that delight customers and brighten their day. This position is full-time with a competitive wage ranging from $18.00 to $27.00 per hour, and shifts are scheduled on weekdays, including morning, afternoon, and evening hours. More specific shift details will be provided during the interview process.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, taking their orders, and skillfully preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, chai, and fruit smoothies. You will also operate cash registers, accurately record all sales, and process payments by cash, credit, or electronic methods. Maintaining impeccable cleanliness of coffee machines, restaurant areas, preparation spaces, and restrooms is essential to uphold Sodexo’s high standards of hygiene and customer experience. Punctuality and reliability are key, as you will need to adhere to your scheduled shifts and be present with excellent attendance.

The Barista II position also involves flexibility to perform additional tasks as required by business needs or client specifications, ensuring a supportive team environment that promotes safety and well-being. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control. In some locations, possessing Starbucks Barista certification is a requirement.
