Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar role preferred
- ability to work weekdays including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
- certification as a Starbucks Barista in some locations
- ability to stand for long periods
- good physical stamina
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- legal authorization to work
- strong customer focus
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service
- knowledge of food preparation and sanitation
- ability to operate cash registers
- effective communication skills
- teamwork and adaptability
- Starbucks Barista certification where required
- basic math skills
- reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, chai, fruit smoothies
- register all sales, process payments by cash, credit card, or electronic methods, operate cash register
- clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
- attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- perform other assigned tasks as required, varying by account and business needs
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- provide excellent customer service to promote a positive experience
