Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous related experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation and inventory control preferred
- Ability to greet customers and take orders
- Capability to prepare and serve various beverages
- Competency in operating cash registers and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food preparation preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation and inventory control
- Team-oriented and adaptable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders
- Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales and operate cash registers for cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation spaces
- Attend work on scheduled shifts with punctuality and regularity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Perform other duties based on business needs and client requirements
