The Barista II role at Sodexo's Salesforce location in Chicago offers a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $24.00. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience related to customer service and food handling preferred
  • Ability to operate cash register and handle payments accurately
  • Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts
  • Flexible availability to work varying shifts including days and hours
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workplace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, chai, fruit smoothies
  • Record all sales, process payments via cash, credit card, and electronic methods, operate cash registers
  • Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and food preparation zones
  • Attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts punctually and with regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
