Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience related to customer service and food handling preferred
- Ability to operate cash register and handle payments accurately
- Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts
- Flexible availability to work varying shifts including days and hours
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workplace
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation, and inventory control preferred
- Ability to work in a flexible schedule with open availability
- Strong team spirit and adaptability
- Reliable and able to promote a healthy and safe work environment
- Starbucks Barista certification required in some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, chai, fruit smoothies
- Record all sales, process payments via cash, credit card, and electronic methods, operate cash registers
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and food preparation zones
- Attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts punctually and with regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary between accounts depending on business needs and client requirements
