Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
- Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable experiences
- Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage
- Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise
- customize orders and highlight limited availability items
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages
- Work closely with team members to solve problems and share selling strategies
