Job Requirements

Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred
Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, busy seasons, and public holidays
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
