This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $18.00, which reflects Aramark's transparent and fair compensation practices. The role in question involves being a key part of Aramark’s customer-facing team, primarily working in settings where food and beverages are prepared and served, such as coffee bars or food service stations. The position requires efficiently operating a register or POS system and handling cash and credit transactions accurately. In addition to cashier duties, the employee will greet and assist customers, anticipate their needs, and provide friendly service to ensure a positive experience. Preparing and serving various coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to brand standards is a significant part of the role, alongside preparing and serving food items that meet location-specific guidelines.

Employees in this role are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the work area, including setting up and breaking down the coffee bar or service stations, cleaning, and stocking beverage coolers and food items. The role demands adherence to health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure all products are handled safely and comply with regulatory standards. Cash handling procedures must be followed meticulously, including balancing cash drawers and making deposits according to Aramark’s policies.
