The Barista I role at Sodexo, located at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center (OU Health), offers a full-time opportunity with pay ranging from $15.56 to $16.17 per hour. As a Barista I, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while crafting high-quality beverages to meet customer specifications. You will greet guests warmly, prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks including coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, and fruit blends. You will also contribute to maintaining a clean and well-organized coffee bar, handling cash transactions, and supporting inventory management.

The role requires physical stamina, as it demands significant walking or other mobility, standing or walking for extended periods, and the ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds occasionally. Candidates must be punctual and dependable, showing regular attendance during scheduled shifts.
