The Barista I role at Sodexo, located at Erlanger Baroness Hospital, offers a dynamic opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering quality customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position is available as either full-time or part-time with a consistent pay rate of $15.00 per hour. As a Barista I, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks catering to diverse customer preferences. Providing quick, friendly, and personalized service, you will be the face that welcomes guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and satisfying.

This role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, managing inventory supplies, and upholding food safety and sanitation standards. Attention to detail is vital as you will handle cash transactions accurately and contribute to maintaining attractive and functional displays. The Barista I position requires physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts that may exceed eight hours, with duties including lifting and moving supplies up to 50 pounds.
