Job Duties
- Provide high quality customer service
- Develop relationships with customers
- Prepare consistent drinks according to Starbucks recipes and standards
- Prepare food products for serving
- Receive and prepare food items for resale
- Stock cases and shelves throughout the day
- Follow health department guidelines and store cleaning policies
- Maintain a clean work environment using checklists
- Accurately charge for products
- Handle cash and prepare accurate deposits
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer or transaction issues
- Suggest innovative ways to reduce loss and waste
- Communicate results with supervisor as necessary
