Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- willingness to adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Delight our guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special
- craft quality beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standardized recipes and guest preferences
- master the menu details to help guests and answer their questions with confidence
- serve with efficiency and care by taking food and beverage orders, entering them into the point-of-sale system, and completing orders promptly
- comply with regulatory standards including health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team member well-being
