Their extensive dining program features a wide range of fresh salads, soups, deli sandwiches, hot entrees, delicious sides, inspiring accompaniments, and homemade desserts. The emphasis on fresh, scratch-made food allows Hallmark to maintain high standards in taste, nutrition, and presentation, making every dining experience memorable for their guests.
At Hallmark Management Service, their core values center around being honest, hardworking, hospitable, and hungry. These four guiding principles define the company's culture and influence every decision they make. By fostering an environment where honesty and hard work are valued, Hallmark creates a foundation of trust within the team and with customers. Hospitality is deeply ingrained in their daily operations, as they aim to provide friendly, welcoming service to all guests. Being hungry embodies their pursuit of excellence and determination to achieve great things collectively. These values unite the staff and drive the company to consistently exceed expectations.
The role offered is that of a Barista within Hallmark Management's dining program, a vital position responsible for providing quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced commercial retail setting. This position involves preparing and serving fresh food items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring excellent customer engagement. The Barista is expected to follow specific recipe and presentation standards to deliver menu items that meet the company’s quality benchmarks. Moreover, adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations is critical to guarantee the safety and satisfaction of every guest.
This is a part-time or full-time position, with multiple schedules available. Barista 1 works Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, while Barista 2 covers Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy a team-oriented work environment and take pride in serving quality food with a welcoming attitude.
Baristas at Hallmark Management Service also handle transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system and must be comfortable managing cash and making change. They communicate important information about food allergens when necessary and contribute to the overall smooth operation by supporting other stations as needed. The role requires physical stamina, including frequent standing, walking, and moderate lifting of up to 40 pounds.
Hallmark Management Service offers competitive benefits that enhance employee satisfaction and wellbeing. Team members receive paid time off, paid holidays, annual opportunities for merit increases, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance options. Additionally, the company provides a 401K retirement savings plan with a company match, free meals during working hours, and free nonskid shoes to ensure safety and comfort on the job. These benefits underline Hallmark's commitment to supporting their employees both professionally and personally.
This position is suited for individuals who thrive in a dynamic food service environment and who align with Hallmark’s core values of honesty, hard work, hospitality, and hunger for success. By joining Hallmark Management Service, employees become part of a company that respects and values its people, invests in their growth, and offers a rewarding work experience that combines skill development with customer satisfaction.
