Efficiency and care define the Barista's service delivery, where attention to detail is critical in taking orders, processing them through the point-of-sale system, and ensuring prompt completion. The company also offers financial programs like an employee stock purchase plan with shares available at a discount, paid parental leave available to eligible team members including partners and adoptive parents, and personalized caregiving and crisis concierge services for comprehensive support. Mental health resources and a best-in-class Employee Assistance Program ensure that emotional and psychological well-being are prioritized.
