Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or coffee preparation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Greet each guest with genuine enthusiasm and create a welcoming environment
- Personalize interactions by remembering regulars and engaging newcomers
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintain a high standard of guest service even during peak hours
- Support coworkers and communicate openly with team and leadership
- Perform cleaning, stocking, and restocking tasks diligently
- Balance making drinks, assisting guests, and keeping the station clean while multitasking efficiently
