Job Requirements
- Part-time availability
- Weekend availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to work shifts from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Genuine interest in hospitality and service
- Great energy, self-awareness, and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to multitask with precision and stay calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn and represent producer partners with respect
- Food service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Preparing and serving espresso drinks, pour overs, teas, and non-coffee beverages
- Running food and drinks to tables with an eye for timing and presentation
- Taking and entering orders with clarity and warmth
- Creating a welcoming, intentional environment for guests
- Working closely with back of house and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Keeping the cafe clean, stocked, and ready at all times
- Communicating coffee info and menu details with curiosity and confidence
