Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- valid food handler’s card where required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual work ethic

- One or more years of experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- knowledge and enthusiasm about coffee, tea, and beverage preparation
- ability to work effectively in fast-paced, flexible environments
- possession of a food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
- strong customer service skills
- positive and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards
- deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally
- assist with setup, cleanup, and stock work daily
- handle food items responsibly while following local regulations
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, flexible schedule
- engage enthusiastically with customers about coffee, tea, and drink preparation and products
