Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is currently seeking a dedicated Barista to join their team and become part of the Auberge family. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and service excellence. The Barista position is designed for a dynamic professional who can create memorable guest experiences by delivering prompt, courteous service at the resort’s beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will have the ability to greet guests warmly, accurately take and prepare beverage orders, and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure complete satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization at the station, managing cash and credit transactions, assisting with inventory processes, and upholding the high standards of the resort’s luxury environment. The position requires manual dexterity, attention to detail in order preparation, and a proactive attitude toward guest service and teamwork. The Barista must also be flexible in scheduling, including working on weekends and holidays, aligning with the operational needs of the resort. This role offers a starting pay of $18.40 per hour, with compensation potentially adjusted based on experience and education.
