The role being offered is a Barista position within the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. This position is pivotal in providing quality coffee and beverages to guests in a warm and inviting environment consistent with the company’s Howdy Hospitality philosophy. The role involves engaging guests with friendly, personalized service, cash handling, stocking items, and upselling beverages. Furthermore, the Barista plays a key role in maintaining clean and organized service areas while collaborating with management by communicating inventory needs. This position offers part-time and full-time hours with a flexible schedule aligned to the hospitality industry’s 24/7 operational nature, including working special event days such as Texas A&M football games, graduations, and Ring Days. Compensation starts at $9 per hour plus tips.
