Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work every other weekend and holiday
- ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, lifting (1-50 lb), and carrying
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- compliance with network policies
- willingness to complete on-the-job training
- good auditory and visual capabilities
- commitment to customer service
- reliable attendance and adherence to dress code
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow established recipes and procedures
- effective communication skills
- capability to work alternating weekends and holidays
- commitment to service excellence standards
- basic POS operation knowledge
- ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
Job Duties
- Prepares hot and cold specialty drinks in accordance with established procedures and recipes
- ensures and maintains proper food quality and temperature
- prepares, serves, and merchandises menu items adhering to dietary restrictions
- ensures all menus are posted and communicated properly
- operates POS following cash handling policies
- stocks assigned areas
- assists with sanitation including cleaning and trash removal
- maintains work area cleanliness
- completes special cleaning projects
- maintains confidentiality of materials
- complies with safety and reporting policies
- demonstrates service excellence in customer interactions
- participates in performance improvement initiatives
- demonstrates financial responsibility
- complies with attendance and dress code policies
- performs other related duties as assigned
