The position of Barista within St. Luke's University Health Network plays a crucial role in enhancing the daily patient and visitor experience. This role is responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold specialty drinks following established recipes and procedures, ensuring that every beverage meets the highest standards of quality and presentation. The Barista also supports food service operations by preparing, serving, and merchandising menu items while adhering strictly to dietary restrictions and safety protocols. Beyond beverage preparation, the Barista is expected to maintain proper food quality and temperature, handle cash transactions following organizational policies, stock assigned areas as directed, and contribute to the cleanliness and sanitation of the food service environment.
