The Barista role at Morrison Healthcare is available for both full-time and part-time positions at the THOP East Campus located at 3280 Joe Battle Boulevard, El Paso, TX. This role involves preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks, as well as related food and beverage items, to nourish patients, caregivers, and the broader community. The Barista is responsible for ensuring high-quality food safety standards are met by adhering to HACCP guidelines and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and equipment. The position requires excellent customer service skills to interact courteously and efficiently with customers and team members. Baristas must accurately enter orders using the POS system, handle payments, replenish supplies, and maintain optimal presentation and portion control at all times. The candidate is expected to demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, assist customers in their purchase decisions through effective communication, and uphold the company's standards for food merchandising and service.
