We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time Barista positions with a competitive fixed pay rate of $18.47 per hour. Our schedules are flexible, including Monday through Friday shifts and weekends, with hours varying. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about coffee culture, experienced in barista tasks, and eager to interact positively with customers. Responsibilities include preparing coffee and espresso drinks using standard recipes, ensuring all food items are handled following HACCP guidelines, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the service area. Baristas at LA Village Market are expected to deliver friendly and courteous service to guests, efficiently manage orders, and keep the operation running smoothly.
