Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior barista training and experience with manual espresso machines preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic math and POS operation skills
- Availability for full-time or part-time schedules as specified
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- Enter orders accurately into POS device
- accept cash and charge payments
- Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- follow HACCP standards
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently
- Prevent delays in serving lines
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers
- Serve as an advocate of selling techniques to customers by establishing good communication and assisting in buying decisions
- Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
- Serve food neatly and attractively per standard
- Perform other duties as assigned
