Job Requirements
- Previous barista or relevant experience
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Thursday with varying hours
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

- Ability to operate POS systems accurately
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety guidelines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Understanding of food preparation standards and portion control
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- Enter orders accurately into POS device
- accept cash and charge payments
- Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
- follow HACCP standards
- Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils
- Ensure proper food preparation by using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards
- Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
- Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments
- Greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in serving lines
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers
- Serve as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in buying decision-making
- Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards
- Serve food neatly and attractively per standard
- Perform other duties as assigned
