Canteen is currently hiring full-time and part-time Baristas for The Wire Cafe in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role emphasizes crafting and serving a variety of coffee and espresso drinks alongside related food items, adhering to food safety guidelines, and providing top-notch customer service. Baristas are responsible for preparing espresso orders using standard recipes, managing sales transactions accurately through a POS system, and maintaining supply and cleanliness standards in the service area. The position requires attentiveness to presentation, portion control, proper serving temperatures, and sanitation protocols, ensuring compliance with HACCP guidelines.
