Currently, Prairie Cafe and Catering is hiring for a full-time Barista position. The Barista will play an essential role in crafting expertly prepared coffee and espresso drinks while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering a stable daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance. The compensation ranges from $18.50 to $19.00 per hour, supplemented by a generous $500 sign-on bonus (paid in two increments based on tenure and performance).
