The Barista position at Morrison Living is a full-time opportunity located at Sequoia Living Viamonte in Walnut Creek, California. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and prior experience as a barista. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Morrison Living offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, reflecting their investment in skilled and dedicated team members.

In this role, the Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items while adhering to high standards of food safety and quality, including HACCP guidelines. The position goes beyond simple drink preparation, requiring interaction with customers and fellow employees in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring an enjoyable and efficient service experience. Additional duties include accurate order entry using POS devices, accepting payments, replenishing supplies, maintaining cleanliness of the service area, and presenting food and beverages attractively according to company standards.
