The current opportunity is for a full-time Barista position located at Labcorp, 3301 Kinsman Boulevard, Madison, WI 53704. This role is ideal for individuals who have previous barista experience and are eager to demonstrate their skills in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Working Monday through Friday from 6:30 am to 1:00 pm, the position offers a consistent schedule that supports work-life balance. Employees will benefit from a competitive pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour. The role not only includes making and serving coffee and espresso drinks but also encompasses preparing related food and beverage items while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety standards, specifically the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines.

As a Barista with Eurest, you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service by interacting courteously and efficiently with customers and team members alike. Responsibilities include accurately processing orders through POS systems, managing cash and charge payments, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area. You will ensure that all food and beverage offerings are presented attractively, served at proper temperatures, and prepared using approved recipes and procedures.

The role also involves proactive inventory management, such as replenishing condiments and beverages and ensuring all equipment and utensils remain sanitary. Keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront, the Barista will serve as a knowledgeable resource, effectively communicating menu options and assisting customers in making informed choices. This position demands attention to detail, efficiency in service delivery to prevent delays, and a spirit of teamwork where additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
