The role at Four Seasons Hotel Denver centers on delivering exceptional food and beverage service through the preparation and presentation of specialty coffee, tea, and other beverages, ensuring each guest’s needs are met with care and expertise. This customer-facing position demands a thorough knowledge of preparation methods and the ability to communicate this expertise with guests. Proficiency in processing transactions accurately through Point of Sale (POS) systems and compliance with Four Seasons and local health department food safety standards are essential. The successful candidate will also adhere to payroll procedures and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays. Strong English communication skills and legal work authorization for employment in the United States are required.

Job Duties
- Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of coffee, tea, specialty beverages and food as well as information regarding preparation methods
- Accurately process transactions through the POS and count back change to customers
- Meet all Four Seasons and Health Department food, beverage and safety standards
- Follow proper payroll procedures
- Maintain a flexible schedule and work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
