Currently, Eurest is seeking to hire a full-time Barista to join the team at the Intel F15 Cafe located at 3585 SW 198th Street, Aloha, OR 97007. This position offers a competitive pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and follows a schedule from Friday through Tuesday, with hours subject to variation. The Barista role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and quality that Eurest is known for, and the ideal candidate will have prior experience in barista duties, food service, and prep cooking.

The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks alongside related food and beverage items. Adhering to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) guidelines is essential for ensuring the safety and quality of all food and beverage products served. The position requires interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner to foster a welcoming environment and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves operating Point of Sale (POS) devices, handling cash and charge transactions accurately, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the service area.

Key duties include preparing espresso orders to standard recipes, replenishing supplies and condiments, ensuring portion control and proper food presentation, and thoroughly cleaning equipment and workstations. The Barista must also demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu to effectively communicate options to customers and assist them in making informed choices. The ability to sell menu items by building rapport with customers and encouraging purchases is highly valued.
