Currently, Eurest is hiring full-time Barista positions at the Ilani Casino located at 3710 NW 319th Street, Ridgefield, WA 98642. This role is critical in providing excellent customer service by preparing and serving coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items. The work schedule typically includes varied days from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am, with more specific details provided during the interview process. The position offers an hourly pay range between $17.50 and $18.00 and provides an opportunity to earn tips, reflecting the customer-facing nature of the job. As a Barista at Eurest, you will be responsible for preparing espresso orders adhering to standardized measures and recipes to ensure consistency and quality. You will accurately enter customer orders into the point of sale system, manage payments, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area. Maintaining rigorous food safety standards in accordance with HACCP guidelines is paramount. You will also play a key role in customer satisfaction by greeting patrons warmly, relaying any concerns to supervisors, and efficiently serving customers to avoid delays.
