This job opportunity is for Barista positions at the Christus Trinity Mother Frances location in Tyler, Texas. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with shift hours generally between 6:00 am and 2:30 pm. Candidates must have prior barista experience to be considered. The pay range for these roles is competitive, offering between $15.00 to $15.50 per hour. The Barista's primary responsibility is to prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items following high food safety standards such as HACCP guidelines. The position demands an individual who can provide friendly, courteous customer service and operate within a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the work area.

The Barista plays an essential role in enhancing the customer experience, ensuring that beverage and food offerings are presented attractively and served at the proper temperature and portions. The role involves operating point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently handling cash and credit transactions. The successful candidate will need to replenish supplies, manage workstation cleanliness, and follow standardized recipes and production standards closely. The ability to communicate well with customers, describe menu items knowledgeably, and assist patrons in making purchasing decisions is also an important aspect of this position.
