Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes
- enter orders accurately into POS device and accept payments
- replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness
- ensure proper presentation, portion control, and food temperature following HACCP standards
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- greet customers courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
- serve customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays
- explain menu items accurately and assist in customer buying decisions
- merchandise display foods attractively
- perform other duties as assigned
