Job Requirements
- some barista experience required
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work full-time schedule
- availability monday through friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- ability to perform job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- willingness to undergo Florida Level 2 background screening if applicable
- ability to maintain sanitation and food safety standards
Job Qualifications

- experience with POS systems
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enter orders accurately into POS device
- accept cash and charge payments
- replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures according to HACCP standards
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils
- greet customers courteously and interact to ensure customer satisfaction
- relay customer concerns to supervisors
- serve customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays
- demonstrate understanding of daily menu items and explain to customers
- advocate selling techniques and assist customers in buying decisions
- ensure attractive merchandising and neat serving of food
- perform other duties as assigned
