Currently, TouchPoint is seeking full-time Baristas to join their team at Ascension Columbia Saint Mary’s Hospital. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for customer service and experience in beverage preparation who want to work in a dynamic and supportive healthcare hospitality setting. Baristas at TouchPoint serve a critical role by preparing and delivering a variety of coffee and espresso drinks, handling food items according to health and safety standards, and ensuring customers receive prompt and friendly service. The schedule includes rotating weekends and primarily covers first shift hours, with specific days and hours communicated during the interview process. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience, reflecting the company’s commitment to attracting skilled and customer-focused professionals.

The Barista position entails a diverse mix of responsibilities, including preparing espresso orders according to standard recipes, managing point-of-sale transactions, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment.
