They are currently seeking a full-time Barista to join their team at the Comcast Headquarters located at 1800 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, ensuring a consistent workweek. The position is designed for individuals with a passion for coffee and customer service, possessing at least two years of barista experience in a high-volume setting, along with a background in hospitality.
As a Barista with Flik Hospitality Group, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the coffee service experience by preparing and serving a variety of espresso drinks and related beverages with precision and care. The job involves adhering strictly to HACCP guidelines in food handling and ensuring all service standards meet or exceed quality benchmarks. You will interact directly with customers, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and providing service with a friendly, courteous demeanor. Responsibilities extend beyond drink preparation to include cash handling, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area, replenishing supplies, and supporting catering orders.

Job Requirements
- At least two years of barista experience in a high-volume setting
- hospitality experience required
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm

Job Duties
- Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
- enter orders accurately into POS device and accept cash and charge payments
- replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
- ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures, following HACCP standards
- maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils
- greet customers courteously and interact to ensure customer satisfaction
- clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area for other assignments
