Job Requirements

  • At least two years of barista experience in a high-volume setting
  • hospitality experience required
  • ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
  • able to perform essential job functions satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
  • eligibility to work in the location
  • able to maintain cleanliness and follow HACCP guidelines
  • good customer interaction skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of barista experience in a high-volume setting
  • hospitality experience
  • ability to handle food according to HACCP guidelines
  • skilled in customer service and cash handling
  • good communication skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas
  • knowledge of food and beverage standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes
  • enter orders accurately into POS device and accept cash and charge payments
  • replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
  • ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures, following HACCP standards
  • maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • greet customers courteously and interact to ensure customer satisfaction
  • clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving area for other assignments
