Currently, Bon Appetit is hiring full-time Baristas to join their team at the Target North location at 7000 Target Parkway, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445. This role is essential to delivering excellent customer service and high-quality coffee and espresso drinks. The position offers a competitive pay range of $17.00 to $17.50 per hour. Baristas will work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with more detailed scheduling provided during the interview process. Applicants must have prior barista experience to be considered. The Barista role involves preparing coffee and espresso drinks following established recipes, handling food and beverage items according to HACCP food safety guidelines, and maintaining neat, orderly service areas. Team members interact directly with customers, providing friendly and courteous service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and timely service during peak hours. The responsibilities extend to accurate order entry using POS systems, replenishing condiments and supplies, cleaning equipment, and adhering to proper food presentation and portion control standards. Baristas will also engage customers by explaining daily menu items and promoting sales through effective communication.
